The Lanka Foundation for Social and Educational Research (LFSER) supports teachers through research-informed professional development that responds to real classroom contexts and contemporary educational challenges. Our programs are designed to help teachers reflect on practice, strengthen pedagogical knowledge, and engage with evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning. Professional development activities include workshops, short courses, and practitioner research support in areas such as teaching strategies, assessment, learner engagement, and inclusive education. LFSER’s approach values teachers as knowledge creators as well as practitioners, encouraging reflective practice and classroom-based inquiry that contribute to both professional growth and improved learner outcomes.
